About the Project
This seniors independent living community is planned as a two-phase development on a four-acre site, featuring two contemporary multi-storey residential buildings with a total of 166 independent living suites. The design creates a welcoming, campus-style environment with landscaped open spaces, convenient parking, and amenities that support an active and connected lifestyle.
A key aspect of the project was the careful coordination with civil engineering disciplines to respond to the site's challenging rocky terrain. Through detailed grading and site planning, the design minimizes rock excavation and fill requirements, optimizing construction efficiency while preserving the natural character of the landscape.
