About the Project
This six-storey mixed-use development in Penticton, British Columbia, combines vibrant street-level commercial space with modern rental housing above. The ground floor incorporates retail units and a concealed parking structure, while the upper five residential levels provide 39 thoughtfully designed rental homes, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
A shared indoor/outdoor amenity area provides residents with spaces for recreation, social interaction, and relaxation. The building's contemporary architectural language incorporates clean lines, durable exterior materials, expansive glazing, and articulated balconies to create a distinctive and welcoming presence that complements the city's evolving character.
