About the Project
This 7,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement transformed an underutilized office into a series of flexible, efficient workspaces designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses. The redesign focused on creating adaptable office suites with improved functionality, natural light, and efficient circulation, allowing the space to accommodate a range of tenants while maximizing long-term value.
Our scope included architectural design, space planning, building code compliance, preparation of permit drawings, coordination with municipal authorities, and collaboration with engineering consultants and the construction team.
